ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ КОЛИЧЕСТВЕННОГО ПОДХОДА

В этой главе рассматривается применение количественного метода дистанционного зондирования к конкретным задачам управления природными ресурсами Земли. В первом разделе перечислены основные этапы выполнения проекта прикладного дистанционного исследования. В некотором смысле, здесь представлена точка зрения «управления в среднем» (управляющего операциями) и описываются различные моменты, которые необходимо учитывать при планировании и применении методов дистанционного зондирования в задаче управления природными ресурсами Земли.

Затем подробно рассматривается конкретное приложение. Материал представлен в форме изучения характерных примеров и дает читателю представление о функциональных аспектах проекта дистанционного зондирования, при этом рассматриваются такие вопросы, как требования к справочным данным, процедуры анализа и выходные данные.

Глава заканчивается кратким описанием пяти дополнительных приложений количественного дистанционного зондирования. Эти примеры были отобраны из научно-исследовательских и прикладных работ. Вместе они дают представление о направлениях эффективного использования методов дистанционного зондирования и различных способах сбора данных и их анализа, которые рассматриваются как составная часть количественного подхода.

Цели изучения.

После изучения гл. VI читатель должен уметь:

1. Перечислить основные этапы применения дистанционного зондирования в задачах управления природными ресурсами Земли.

2. Проанализировать описание задачи управления природными ресурсами Земли с помощью прикладных дистанционных исследований, определить основные щаги, оценить заданные или предполагаемые рещения относительно выбранной системы сбора данных, частоты сбора данных, используемых справочных данных и методов предварительной обработки и их анализа.

3. При заданном описании задачи управления природными ресурсами Земли оценить возможность использования дистанционного зондирования в рещений этой задачи. Если использова-
